HVI has professional residential appraisers throughout the GTA. We service Toronto, Peel, York Region, Durham, and Halton. By clicking on our coverage map, you’ll get a sense for the breadth of our service provision.

Place an Order

Once you submit your request, the HVI appraiser associate in the best position to competently complete your appraisal job in the shortest period of time will be assigned the task and you will be notified with their contact information.

Get Updates

From start to finish, you will receive email updates, as well you can log in to see the status & track the progress of your appraisal order online. Real-time updates will allow you to manage your time, and stakeholder expectations.

Receive Report

Our focus is secure storage, and convenient accessibility. Once complete, your appraisal report can be viewed within our online portal, and will also be sent as a PDF to your email inbox.

Track Orders with Ease

On our mobile friendly web portal, you can track the status of your active appraisal orders with HVI. You’ll have access to contact information for your assigned appraiser, as well as the assignment progress details including the ETD (Estimated Time of Delivery) of your property appraisal report.

Earn Points

By placing your appraisal orders online, you’ll earn points toward discounts on future orders. One point is earned for each order placed online, and is worth $5 off the cost of a future order. We value your business, and reward your loyalty.

Friendly Service

Have a question? Chat live with HVI staff from 8:00am to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. Also feel free to call the assigned appraiser and speak directly with a knowledgeable representative.

Click here for updated information on our product pricing. The fee charged for an an appraisal assignment is structured to compensate the appraiser for the time it will take to complete the inspection and the time necessary for researching, analyzing and writing of a lengthy professional report.
